I recently visited a ramen shop named Shinowa. I opted for their "Special Soy Sauce Ramen," which did not disappoint with its perfect, jet-black appearance. The soup was endlessly drinkable, pairing exceptionally well with the silky, straight noodles.

Each topping, from the rare char siu, tender bamboo shoots, to the flavored egg, was meticulously prepared, showcasing a dedication to quality.
